Cyberpunk: Edgerunners - Lucy Monowire Melee Build

Powerful fast melee oriented build modeled after Lucy from Edgerunners that I made because the Plasma Thrower (plasma whip) reminded me of her monowire! I S ranked multiple missions with this build and used a slight variation to S Rank Attack the Watchpoint (Balteus) so it's a 100% viable cosplay build. Uses Laser shotgun, truenos (basically ranged pile bunkers), the plasma whip as the primary weapon, and the laser slicer for followup damage on enemies that don't die to the whip. Swap out the shotgun with the redshit plasma rifle or the laser slicer for a second trueno as needed and she tears through missions and pvp players who aren't expecting the whip!
