@madartificer, I'm pretty positive they made this using the Image Editor, you can tell by the shapes, especially the ones in the background, just takes work and practice. A neat tip I use; if you're on steam you can use the in-game overlay, open the browser, hit the pin button on the top right corner and set the browser's transparency with the button that appears after hitting the pin button and return to your game, it lets you overlay an image in the browser to line up whatever you're making.

how do this? need to know how you got a custom image not made in the editor. any help appreciated
