Overed Weapon Warning

In Verdict Day, there were weapons called "Overed Weapons" or Ultimate Weapons that took 5 seconds to equip, several seconds to charge, did constant damage over time to the AC, and could only be used one to three times per sortie. However, they always oneshot anything you pointed them at and the framerate. The word they used was "pulverized." It was accurate. This decal is the COM screaming in agony as you charged it.
