Dragoon (Caspar Dunbar)

Origin: Vorka City. Male, age 51. Said to be the oldest mercenary still active, and the strongest as well. His career was characterized by a series of superhuman feats, earning him a host of monikers from "the devil's deputy" to "the man hated by death."
