Despite the back units, this build benefits the highest from melee damage with kicking and the Stun Baton. Unlike the traditional Protect & Serve, the Cease & Desist variant is enabled better mid range compensation to open enemies to attacks. For the less familiar, Stun Baton benefits highly in charged uses. Charging the Stun Baton moves in to attack sort of like the Pilebunker, but causes discharge buildup and implants an exploding "charge" upon the landed target enabling strong combo/followup effectiveness. One can resort to this quite more frequently than majority of melee weapons.
