Menno Ruh's Primitive Light (Javelin Beta)

Primitive Light now has 'Javelin Beta' guided missiles :O The reason I made this a separate build was that the missile from AC4 was unique and there is nothing in AC6 that matches its lethality, I gave two options as they play differently enough.
